My CCI Resources Story

I have worked for the CCI Resources Call Centre since its inception in 2001. As the Call Centre Manager I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of our in house Call Centre including, survey development and testing, scheduling our team of inbound and outbound bilingual staff, data cleaning and recording, and quality control. I am also the Chief Security Officer of CCI Resources responsible for personnel security screening, security briefings, control of access to protected information and zones.

What I bring to CCI Resources

Having worked in the CCI Resources Call Centre since its inception, I have a vast amount of department and project experience which I utilize to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and quality in our work. My knowledge of CCI Resources operations and of our contractual commitments to privacy allow me to facilitate strict security protocols throughout the company ensuring your data is always protected.

What inspired me to do what I do:

I enjoy working with people and the Call Centre was a new challenge, one I had not experienced yet.

The best advice I ever received was:
