CCI Research was formed in 1989 to provide research and technical support in the field of student retention for one of Canada’s leading colleges. The core values responsible for our company’s early success included quality, integrity, collaboration, professionalism, and innovation.
These core values resulted in strong partnerships with our clients lasting many years and have resulted in the expansion of our services which have now grown beyond Research. In 2016 to better reflect our growth, we chose to adopt the name CCI Resources.
Through competitive bids we began working on multi-institutional projects in the field of education, and by the late 1990’s we were conducting dozens of projects on behalf of colleges and other educational institutions and organizations to survey tens of thousands of students and graduates each year.
In 1999, we won the bid to implement the MTCU College Key Performance Indicator Student Satisfaction Survey, and since that time we have been conducting several research projects on behalf of the Ontario government and other provincial governments across Canada.
Over the years, we have progressively implemented OMR scanning technology and increasingly sophisticated telephone and online survey methodologies to collect data, and we have employed off-the-shelf programs in combination with customized in-house software to get each client exactly the reports and analysis they are looking for to meet their objectives. As our services grew and more team members were added to the company, we began working with other clients in business, health, and other areas of the government to become the full spectrum research company we are today.
CCI Resources has conducted numerous employee satisfaction and engagement surveys over the years. To further enhance our expertise in Employee Engagement, we acquired Entec Corporation in 2015. Entec’s unique Employee Engagement Toolkit has provided us with additional offerings including employee wellness and more in depth benchmarking across various industries.
Contact Centre Services
Our out-bound Call Centre which specialized in telephone survey methodology has expanded to include an in-bound high value contact centre. This fully bilingual service provides comprehensive solutions for clients who need to have their customers cared for with extra attention and sophistication in a professional manner.
CCI Resources has created development teams to serve our clients information management needs. These services now include web development, system development, and customized solutions for business processes.

After completing my Bachelor of Mathematics in Operations Research with a minor in Computer Science at the University of Waterloo, I founded CCI Research with the vision of becoming a leader in providing actionable, evidence-based research solutions. While running and growing CCI Resources for over 25 years, I have successfully made CCI Resources a well-known and trusted source of specialized expertise.
As the CEO and Founder of CCI Resources I provide guidance and direction in all facets of the business including survey research methodology, operational procedures, and customer service. I have always believed in providing the highest quality services at a very reasonable price.
My major accomplishments include participation in many large Ontario-wide post-secondary provincial surveys since 1993 including student, graduate and employer surveys pertaining to Continuing Education, Full-time Post-secondary, Apprenticeship, and Private Career Colleges. I have successfully extended the business to other Canadian provinces, to other sectors and applications which make use of our skills and help meet client needs.Back to team

I joined the CCI Resources senior management team in 2008 as the Manager of Operations. I am responsible for overseeing the Contact Centre, the Data Collection Paper Centre, and the Information Technology department.
I received my Bachelor of Mathematics degree from York University and gained over 18 years of management experience throughout 21 years managing one of Canada’s largest inbound and outbound Call Centres. I also hold professional certifications in Customer Relationship Management (P.CRM), Strategic Marketing Systems, and Web Strategy Planning and Analysis, and extensive training in Website Usability from Jakob Nielsen.

I joined the CCI Resources team in 2002. Currently, as Director of Research, I oversee all staff and research projects at CCI Resources. I have extensive experience and expertise in designing research strategies and collecting and analyzing quantitative data. With respect to qualitative research projects, I have facilitated numerous focus groups and am proficient at developing and refining appropriate scripts. I am also a key contact for many of our clients which allows me to apply my consulting and analytical skills to ensure that CCI Resources meets and exceeds their expectations.
Throughout my years of graduate training and subsequent professional activity, I have written and edited many scientific reports for university faculty, hospital staff, committees, and other agencies. I obtained my Ph.D. in Psychology at the University of Manitoba in 2002, where I worked as a researcher in cooperation with several faculty members to design research strategies and collect and analyze data for a broad range of research projects. I also held a number of research positions before joining the CCI Resources team which helped me refine my unique set of research and analytical skills.
I am most proud of my graduate education and my family, earning a doctorate while raising two wonderful children.
I am originally from Winnipeg and moved to Ontario to escape the snow (it didn’t work). I enjoy travelling with friends and family, and someday hope to tour Europe.Back to team
In early 2015 I joined CCI Resources initially in a consulting capacity and later in the year took on the role of President. It has been an exciting start since joining the company as we have seen tremendous growth in our core businesses while at the same time I have enjoyed being a part of the early stages of our expansion into new business areas such as Information Management, Employee Engagement and Contact Centers services.
Over 25 years of executive and senior management experience in Marketing, Sales, New Business Development, Business Operations and Customer Service within one of the World’s leading technology companies. A wide range of education and skills developed in the office productivity and consumer technology industries. Coupled with my business background I’m a graduate of Queens Universities Executive Program, IMD Universities Executive Development program and Mohawk College’s Business Administration program.

I have worked for CCI Resources for over 15 years! As part of the Client Services Team, I work to accurately assess client needs and help attain maximum value within budget. I am responsible for providing quotes, preparation of proposals, and developing promotional materials for CCI Resources. I also work closely with the management team to ensure that all clients receive optimal services.
Having worked at CCI Resources since 2000, I have a vast amount of company and project experience which I utilize to ensure satisfaction and promote on-going partnerships. My knowledge of CCI Resources operations and capabilities allows me to offer thorough and timely service to current and prospective clients.

As the Data Collection Manager and one of the founding employees of CCI Research with over 25 years with the company, I oversee all projects related to paper surveys and other paper data collection instruments. I am responsible for project management, liaising with clients, survey setup and printing, data-entry, scanning, quality control, and overseeing up to 50 contract employees.
Having worked at CCI Resources since 1990, I have a vast amount of company and project experience. I am able to apply my years of experience to leading the Data Collection Paper department, improving project documentation, and quality control procedures.
